The Univex SRM30+ 30 Quart Floor Model Mixer
Our 30 quart floor model mixer is perfect for high-volume, small batch pizza operations as well as any full-menu restaurant kitchen. Equipped with a #12 power take off (PTO) to accommodate our VS9/VS9H vegetable slicer and shredder attachments and our MFC12 meat and food grinder attachment. Other standard equipment includes a stainless steel bowl, SwingRing™ safety guard, ingredients chute, batter beater, dough hook, wire whip, 15 minute timer and now bowl scraper.
Optional equipment includes a heavy-duty plastic cover and slicing, grating and grinding attachments.
