LBC deck ovens deliver great performance and good looks. LBC deck ovens are equipped with independent decks and controls for simultaneous variety baking. Independent top and bottom heat controls and temperature settings let the oven match baking speed with product needs. Independent steamers provide high-volume steam without compromising oven temperature or recovery.
