It features a powerful 1/4 HP motor, able to slice frozen and thawed meat from 34°F (1°C). It is made from durable polished aluminum and stainless steel. There is a numerical dial which adjusts to precise thickness from .2mm to 12mm. It includes attachable sharpener stones that can quickly and conveniently re-sharpen blades. The convenient compact design is suitable for small spaces. There is a durable multi-traction drive belt, and enclosed motor and components. The safety guard prevents operator contact with blade. It also has sturdy rubber feet, suction cup curve for extra surface traction.This uses standard 115V/60Hz/1Phase power. It is ETL Certi?ed To NSF, CSA, CE, CCC Standards. 1 Year Limited Warranty.
